If you received an incorrect items, missing items or defective items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] Returns must be done within 3 working days from date of delivered. We will request visual proof (picture) of the damage/defect item if needed.

Once we received your return, we will inspect your returned product. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging with original invoice for full refund. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use or man-made defective. Defective items or incorrect items can only be exchanged with the same item or store credit of the same amount (subject to stock availability).

Shipping cost (return & exchange)
If the product is our faulty, we will responsible on return shipping cost. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping cost. No returns will be accepted after 3 days of item delivered.

We will contact you within 5 working days after inspection. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 days upon approval of return.
