My order is “shipping”, what does it mean?

Order has been packed and is waiting for courier company to pick up your order. You may check update of parcel tracking link and tracking number for your parcel within 24 hours once our courier partner has picked up.

How many days I will receive my parcel?

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make effort to fulfill your order within 1-2 working days from the date of your order. Working day mean Monday to Friday, exclude holidays.

What should I do if receive damaged item?
