Customer Service Executive

- Handle & support day to day operation activities.
- To build good relationship with customer retention.
- To handle customer enquiries, order and collections.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and customer focus.
- Able to communicate in English/Malay/Mandarin.

Production Planner

- Excellent communication abilities
- Assign jobs to production/subcon to fulfill to customer requested schedule.
- Monitor the production/subcon output to ensure it follows the plan.
- Negotiate a new schedule with the sales/marketing department if the schedule is not meeting with customer expectations.
- Change plans for urgent issues when necessary.

- Proficiency with ERP systems.
